For the driest weather and most comfortable temperatures, plan your honeymoon in the Cayman Islands for sometime between December and April. The rainy season runs from May until October, and hurricanes and flooding can be expected from June through November. Couples can get married as soon as they arrive on the Cayman Islands. It is best to liaise with a Marriage Officer first to book a date before applying for a Marriage Licence for non residents at the Passport and Corporate Services Offices in Grand Cayman. You will need to take with you valid passports, photo ID and full birth certificates, as well as proof of marital status. In addition you will need a letter from the marriage officer who is going to officiate at your ceremony and your immigration card validating your entry into Grand Cayman, or alternatively your cruise ship boarding pass. The fee is CI$150 (US$187.50) plus CI$50 (US $62.50) application fee. The licence is valid for three months.
