Getting Married in St Lucia

Marriage Requirements

St Lucia

A 2 day stay is required before you can apply to get married after which the licence can be applied for by a local solicitor. You will need to bring with you a valid passport and full birth certificate which all need to be in English. The application is made to the Attorney General or Notary and is usually processed within 2 days. Costs involved are EC$ 540 for a Special Licence if you are getting married in less than 7 days or EC$335 for marriages taking place in 7 days or over.
