Provided you have the right licence it is possible to get married almost anywhere in Kenya. Non Africans can only get married under the Marriage Act. A couple will need to notify both the Registrar's Office and the church they would like to get married in at least 2l days before the intended date of marriage. This normally requires obtaining a special licence from the Registrar of Marriages in order to conform with the Marriage Act.
