You need to have spent a minimum of 3 days living in Vanuatu prior to your wedding and this also gives you a chance to formalise your documentation and meet with your wedding co-ordinator. One month before your intended wedding date you need to fax or scan copies of both passports, full birth certificates and a completed Certificate of Intended Marriage. The completed witness form needs 2 witnesses which can be finalised when you arrive. Catholic weddings can also be arranged (a priest will go to resorts) and you will need a Letter of Freedom plus your local priest will need to communicate with the priest in Port Vila.
